Position description:

Due to commercial operational volume increases, we are now seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Group Headquarters in UAE and specifically our Group Commercial Operations team based in Dubai.

You will manage the smooth growth of our sales and distribution teams (both group and country specific). You will ensure the commercial roll-out plan is met or exceeded, providing hands on support to internal teams and external partners. You will supervise all matters related to commissions, bonuses and sales competitions (for both internal sales teams and external partners) identifying, reporting and resolving issues and blockers.

You will be responsible for our distribution network channels (for both Physical and Digital products), providing guidance and support to all related stakeholders, internally and externally.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor university degree
  • 4-5 years experience within Telecom operator organizations or telco related distribution companies
  • Highly analytical and proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word)

Desired qualifications:

·         Masters degree

·         Experience in commercial operations within  a company or distributor who manages a large network of independent retailers selling commission-based low-priced products

·         5-8 years of relevant industry experience
